Why do you need my social security number to complete my enrollment?
ProTrain is an accredited school through Middle States CESS and participates in many government funding sources, such as the Workforce Investment Opportunity Act (WIOA), which requires ProTrain to report all student data back to ensure that state agencies are properly using their funds to get individuals trained for in-demand positions across the United States. Please understand that this information is required for all individuals regardless of their funding source for data purposes. Do you track student progress? How do you support or screen potential students? What is the online course refund policy? What is the minimum course completion requirement to get credit for completion of a course/certificate/certification learning plan? How long does it take to complete a program?
